Recent projects included working with a client who was transforming the structure of their business.
We have helped with redundancies, clarifying roles and responsibilities in the restructured organisation, designed and introduced a Performance Management System and provided focused Management Development Workshops to improve the management competence and effectiveness of the restructured management team.
